KIT ASSEMBLY & PACK-OUT
We have extensive experience in creating retail-ready displays constructed from many materials that are assembled to specification, filled with product according to client instructions or planograms
We can offer packing suggestions of how to best package. Over-packing and secure transit protects kit contents in transit.
We can apply labels and use various kinds of void filling materials, create a themed or presentation-oriented appearance for the “wow” factor upon opening, and optimize the design for materials and postage cost savings. We can also supply all packaging materials, from basic plain kraft or white mailers to beautifully printed and brand-messaged cartons.
Clients that require integrated inventory storage, kit & POP display assembly and retail order fulfillment benefit from our diverse experience, and we have relationships with display designers and manufacturers to provide a turnkey solution All kits sent out individually are address labeled and shipped with tracking #s that are reported back in consolidated tracking files for subsequent client use.
INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC WAREHOUSING
Warehousing for domestic & international shipping projects is provided through our partnerships. Woodcraft Productions international network of partners provide a complete range of services, including warehousing, inventory management & installation services. This turn-key service makes program management safe and reliable so you can be sure that your product is secure and accessible during global rollouts. We have the capability for short term holding a variety of fixtures and materials. This allows us to offer our clients more storage space to warehouse fixtures until they are ready to be shipped.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
We provide inventory management, another service that we are able to manage within Global Shop. This allows us to keep a running inventory of fixtures, minimizing overproduction. Also with a running inventory, this allows us to ensure orders can be filled and shipped on time and in full

We work with clients to evaluate the best shipping carrier and service level mix for their products, taking into account the product value, commitments made to their customers, time in transit needs, depth of tracking and insurance requirements, international options, and other factors.
